Dennoch f\u00fchlt sich der Prozess instabil an. Die Kantenqualit\u00e4t schwankt, der Werkzeugverschlei\u00df erscheint ungleichm\u00e4\u00dfig, und die Einstellungen stellen den Prozess nie vollst\u00e4ndig ein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In diesen Situationen geht es oft nicht um den Scherwinkel selbst, sondern darum, wie er sich an verschiedenen Stationen verh\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Einige Stempel k\u00f6nnen aufgrund ihres Winkels fr\u00fcher in das Material eindringen.
