K\u00fcrzlich wandte sich ein Pr\u00e4zisionsstanzbetrieb an unser Team bei Hepha Precision wegen eines anhaltenden Problems mit feinen Metallsplittern und Matrizenstaub, die sich auf seiner Hochgeschwindigkeitslinie ansammelten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"gspb_heading-id-gsbp-0dfd83d\" class=\"gspb_heading gspb_heading-id-gsbp-0dfd83d\">Die Frustration: Endlose Abschaltungen der Presse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bevor sie sich mit uns in Verbindung setzten, hatte ihr Wartungsteam alle \u00fcblichen Schritte zur Fehlersuche ausprobiert. Dabei stellte sich heraus, dass die Ursache nicht in den Pressenparametern, der Materialh\u00e4rte oder dem Schmiertank lag. Es war die Mikrobeschaffenheit der Stempelflanken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die mechanische Realit\u00e4t in der Werkstatt sieht folgenderma\u00dfen aus: Wenn die Flanken eines Stempels beim Hochgeschwindigkeitsstanzen mit geringem Spielraum auch nur mikroskopisch kleine Schleifspuren von der herk\u00f6mmlichen Bearbeitung aufweisen, wirken diese Spuren wie eine feine Stahlfeile. Wenn das Werkzeug durch das Band stanzt, \u201crasiert\u201d es das Material, anstatt es sauber abzuscheren. In diesem speziellen Fall ging es nicht nur um die Einhaltung unserer strengen Standard-Ma\u00dftoleranz von \u00b10,002 mm, sondern auch darum, eine spiegelglatte Oberfl\u00e4che an den Werkzeugflanken zu erzielen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn die Stempelseite spiegelglatt geschliffen ist, gibt es keine Oberfl\u00e4chenrauhigkeit, die das Material w\u00e4hrend des Hubs \u201cgreifen\u201d oder schaben k\u00f6nnte. Keine Reibung bedeutet keine Splitter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"gspb_heading-id-gsbp-997ca2f\" class=\"gspb_heading gspb_heading-id-gsbp-997ca2f\">Das Ergebnis: Saubere L\u00e4ufe und null Staub<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n <\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach der Installation der neuen PG-geschliffenen Werkzeuge best\u00e4tigte der Kunde, dass die Stanzanlage endlich sauber lief. Die Anlage l\u00e4uft seither kontinuierlich, so dass st\u00fcndliche Pressenstillst\u00e4nde v\u00f6llig \u00fcberfl\u00fcssig sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn Ihr Werkzeugbau einen endlosen Kampf gegen Metallstaub oder fr\u00fche Grate f\u00fchrt, liegt die L\u00f6sung vielleicht nicht in Ihrer Schmiereinrichtung.
