Recientemente, un taller de estampaci\u00f3n de precisi\u00f3n se puso en contacto con nuestro equipo de Hepha Precision por un problema persistente de acumulaci\u00f3n de virutas finas de metal y polvo de troquel en su l\u00ednea de alta velocidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"gspb_heading-id-gsbp-0dfd83d\" class=\"gspb_heading gspb_heading-id-gsbp-0dfd83d\">La frustraci\u00f3n: Interminables cierres de prensa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de ponerse en contacto con nosotros, su equipo de mantenimiento hab\u00eda probado todos los pasos habituales para solucionar problemas. La inspecci\u00f3n revel\u00f3 que la causa principal no eran en absoluto los par\u00e1metros de la prensa, la dureza del material o el dep\u00f3sito de lubricante. Era el microacabado de los flancos del punz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9sta es la realidad mec\u00e1nica en el taller: durante el estampado a alta velocidad y con poca holgura, si los flancos de un punz\u00f3n llevan marcas de esmerilado, aunque sean microsc\u00f3picas, del mecanizado convencional, esas marcas act\u00faan como una fina lima de acero. A medida que la herramienta perfora la banda, \u201cafeita\u201d el material en lugar de cortarlo limpiamente. En este caso concreto, la prioridad no era s\u00f3lo mantener nuestra estricta tolerancia dimensional est\u00e1ndar de \u00b10,002 mm, sino lograr un acabado de espejo en los flancos de la herramienta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando el lado del punz\u00f3n est\u00e1 rectificado liso como el cristal, no hay ninguna rugosidad superficial que \u201cagarre\u201d o afeite el material durante el golpe. Sin fricci\u00f3n no hay astillas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"gspb_heading-id-gsbp-997ca2f\" class=\"gspb_heading gspb_heading-id-gsbp-997ca2f\">El resultado: Recorridos limpios y cero polvo<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n <\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la instalaci\u00f3n del nuevo utillaje rectificado PG, el cliente confirm\u00f3 que la l\u00ednea de estampaci\u00f3n funcionaba por fin sin problemas. La l\u00ednea ha funcionado de forma continua, eliminando por completo la necesidad de paradas horarias de la prensa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando su taller de herramientas libra una batalla interminable contra el polvo met\u00e1lico o las rebabas prematuras, es posible que la soluci\u00f3n no est\u00e9 en su sistema de lubricaci\u00f3n.
