vez m\u00e1s evidente en el trabajo con herramientas para conectores:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los dibujos suelen tener casi el mismo aspecto que ten\u00edan hace a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las dimensiones, la geometr\u00eda b\u00e1sica e incluso los bloques de tolerancia: muchos de ellos no han cambiado de forma significativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero la forma en que hay que fabricar estas piezas ha cambiado bastante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la pr\u00e1ctica, lo que antes se consideraba un punz\u00f3n o un inserto \u201cest\u00e1ndar\u201d es ahora mucho m\u00e1s sensible a las peque\u00f1as variaciones que se producen durante la fabricaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-real-change-is-not-on-the-drawing\">El verdadero cambio no est\u00e1 en el dibujo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un perfil de troquelado que antes resultaba relativamente sencillo puede que ahora requiera un control mucho m\u00e1s riguroso de detalles como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Transiciones en las esquinas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuidad del perfil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estado del filo tras el rectificado o el electroerosionado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coherencia del radio entre los elementos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre el papel, la tolerancia puede seguir pareciendo la misma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, en la producci\u00f3n, el margen de error se ha reducido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto es especialmente cierto en el caso de las herramientas para conectores, donde peque\u00f1as desviaciones geom\u00e9tricas pueden afectar directamente a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fuerza de inserci\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estabilidad de contacto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formaci\u00f3n de rebabas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00cdndice de desgaste de las herramientas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estabilidad a largo plazo del troquel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"why-this-is-happening\">Por qu\u00e9 est\u00e1 pasando esto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El motivo no es que las normas de ingenier\u00eda se hayan vuelto de repente m\u00e1s estrictas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto se debe a que la propia aplicaci\u00f3n ha evolucionado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los dise\u00f1os modernos de conectores tienden hacia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Intervalos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mayor densidad de pines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Materiales m\u00e1s finos y resistentes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Geometr\u00edas funcionales m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando las caracter\u00edsticas funcionales se reducen, incluso las variaciones m\u00e1s leves en la geometr\u00eda de las herramientas empiezan a tener un impacto mucho mayor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una diferencia de radio que antes era irrelevante ahora puede influir en la vida \u00fatil de la herramienta o en el rendimiento de la pieza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una peque\u00f1a irregularidad en el rectificado del perfil puede manifestarse ahora en forma manufacturero<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el punto de vista de la fabricaci\u00f3n, este cambio es sutil, pero muy real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto significa que procesos como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rectificado de perfiles (PG)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Electroerosi\u00f3n por hilo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rectificado de superficies de precisi\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>ya no se limitan a \u201cfabricar piezas seg\u00fan los planos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora se encargan de supervisar el funcionamiento en el entorno de producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ejemplo, en el rectificado PG de los componentes de las herramientas para conectores, la uniformidad en la formaci\u00f3n de los bordes y la continuidad del perfil pueden influir directamente en la estabilidad del proceso de estampado a lo largo de ciclos de producci\u00f3n prolongados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo mismo ocurre con los componentes de electroerosi\u00f3n por hilo, en los que el impacto t\u00e9rmico y el estado de los microbordes pueden afectar al rendimiento de la herramienta m\u00e1s que antes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-gap-between-drawing-and-reality\">La brecha entre el dibujo y la realidad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto es algo que vemos cada vez con m\u00e1s frecuencia en proyectos de herramientas de precisi\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La especificaci\u00f3n me resulta familiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero la realidad del sector manufacturero no es as\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y es precisamente en esta brecha donde surgen la mayor\u00eda de los problemas relacionados con las herramientas: no en la fase de dise\u00f1o, sino en la transici\u00f3n del plano a la estabilidad de la producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En muchos casos, la cuesti\u00f3n no es si una pieza est\u00e1 \u201cdentro de la tolerancia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cuesti\u00f3n es si la pieza se comporta correctamente en condiciones reales de estampaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"why-this-matters-for-tooling-engineers\">Por qu\u00e9 es importante para los ingenieros de utillaje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para los ingenieros y responsables de compras de utillaje, este cambio tiene una importante consecuencia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La elecci\u00f3n del material y el m\u00e9todo de mecanizado ya no son decisiones secundarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Est\u00e1n directamente relacionados con el entre lotes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En muchas aplicaciones de herramientas para conectores, la uniformidad ha cobrado mayor importancia que la mera precisi\u00f3n nominal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"final-thought\">Reflexi\u00f3n final<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es posible que los dibujos no hayan cambiado mucho con el paso de los a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero las
