Pourtant, le processus semble toujours instable. La qualit\u00e9 des ar\u00eates fluctue, l'usure de l'outil semble in\u00e9gale et les r\u00e9glages ne permettent jamais de \u201cverrouiller\u201d compl\u00e8tement le processus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ces situations, le probl\u00e8me n'est souvent pas l'angle de cisaillement lui-m\u00eame, mais la fa\u00e7on dont il se comporte dans les diff\u00e9rentes stations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certains poin\u00e7ons peuvent s'engager plus t\u00f4t dans le mat\u00e9riau en raison de leur angle. D'autres peuvent couper plus \u00e0 plat, entrant dans le mat\u00e9riau en une seule fois. Lorsque ce comportement n'est pas coh\u00e9rent, la charge ne s'\u00e9coule plus en douceur \u00e0 travers la bande.
