R\u00e9cemment, un atelier d'emboutissage de pr\u00e9cision a contact\u00e9 notre \u00e9quipe chez Hepha Precision au sujet d'un probl\u00e8me persistant li\u00e9 \u00e0 l'accumulation de fines copeaux m\u00e9talliques et de poussi\u00e8re de matrice sur leur ligne de production \u00e0 grande vitesse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"gspb_heading-id-gsbp-0dfd83d\" class=\"gspb_heading gspb_heading-id-gsbp-0dfd83d\">La frustration : des arr\u00eats de presse incessants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de nous contacter, leur \u00e9quipe de maintenance avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 essay\u00e9 toutes les \u00e9tapes de d\u00e9pannage habituelles. L'examen a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que la cause profonde n'\u00e9tait en rien li\u00e9e aux param\u00e8tres de la presse, \u00e0 la duret\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riau ou au r\u00e9servoir de lubrification. Elle r\u00e9sidait dans le micro-finish des flancs des poin\u00e7ons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 m\u00e9canique qui pr\u00e9vaut dans l'atelier : lors d'un emboutissage \u00e0 grande vitesse et \u00e0 jeu r\u00e9duit, si les flancs d'un poin\u00e7on pr\u00e9sentent ne serait-ce que des marques de rectification microscopiques issues d'un usinage conventionnel, ces marques agissent comme une fine lime en acier. Lorsque l'outil perce la bande, il \u201c rase \u201d le mat\u00e9riau au lieu de le cisailler proprement. Dans ce cas pr\u00e9cis, l'objectif n'\u00e9tait pas seulement de respecter notre tol\u00e9rance dimensionnelle standard et stricte de \u00b10,002 mm, mais aussi d'obtenir une finition miroitante sur les flancs de l'outil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque la face du poin\u00e7on est polie jusqu\u2019\u00e0 devenir lisse comme du verre, il n\u2019y a aucune rugosit\u00e9 de surface susceptible d\u201c\u201d accrocher \u00bb ou de racler le mat\u00e9riau pendant la course. L\u2019absence de frottement garantit l\u2019absence de copeaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"gspb_heading-id-gsbp-997ca2f\" class=\"gspb_heading gspb_heading-id-gsbp-997ca2f\">Le r\u00e9sultat : des passages impeccables et aucune poussi\u00e8re<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n <\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s l'installation du nouvel outillage PG-ground, le client a confirm\u00e9 que la ligne d'emboutissage fonctionnait enfin sans probl\u00e8me. La ligne fonctionne d\u00e9sormais en continu, ce qui a permis d'\u00e9liminer compl\u00e8tement les arr\u00eats horaires de la presse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque votre atelier d'outillage m\u00e8ne une lutte sans fin contre la poussi\u00e8re m\u00e9tallique ou les bavures pr\u00e9coces, la solution ne r\u00e9side peut-\u00eatre pas dans votre syst\u00e8me de lubrification.
