A inspe\u00e7\u00e3o revelou que a causa principal n\u00e3o eram os par\u00e2metros da prensa, a dureza do material ou o dep\u00f3sito de lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o. Era o microacabamento dos lados do pun\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta \u00e9 a realidade mec\u00e2nica no ch\u00e3o de f\u00e1brica: durante a estampagem a alta velocidade e com folga apertada, se os flancos de um pun\u00e7\u00e3o tiverem marcas microsc\u00f3picas de retifica\u00e7\u00e3o da maquina\u00e7\u00e3o convencional, essas marcas actuam como uma lima de a\u00e7o fina. \u00c0 medida que a ferramenta perfura a tira, \u201craspa\u201d o material em vez de o cortar de forma limpa.
