evidente no trabalho com ferramentas para conectores:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os desenhos parecem, muitas vezes, quase iguais aos de h\u00e1 alguns anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As dimens\u00f5es, a geometria b\u00e1sica e at\u00e9 os blocos de toler\u00e2ncia \u2014 muitos deles n\u00e3o sofreram altera\u00e7\u00f5es significativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas a forma como estas pe\u00e7as t\u00eam de ser fabricadas mudou bastante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na pr\u00e1tica, o que antes era considerado um pun\u00e7\u00e3o ou inserto \u201cpadr\u00e3o\u201d \u00e9 agora muito mais sens\u00edvel a pequenas varia\u00e7\u00f5es durante o fabrico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-real-change-is-not-on-the-drawing\">A verdadeira mudan\u00e7a n\u00e3o est\u00e1 no desenho<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Um perfil de pun\u00e7\u00e3o que, no passado, era relativamente simples pode agora exigir um controlo muito mais rigoroso sobre detalhes como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Transi\u00e7\u00f5es nas curvas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuidade do perfil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Condi\u00e7\u00e3o da aresta ap\u00f3s retifica\u00e7\u00e3o ou eletroeros\u00e3o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consist\u00eancia do raio entre as caracter\u00edsticas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No papel, a toler\u00e2ncia pode ainda parecer a mesma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas, na produ\u00e7\u00e3o, a margem de erro tornou-se menor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isto \u00e9 especialmente verdade no que diz respeito \u00e0s ferramentas para conectores, onde pequenos desvios geom\u00e9tricos \u00e9 que isto est\u00e1 a acontecer?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A raz\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 que as normas de engenharia se tenham tornado subitamente mais rigorosas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isso deve-se ao facto de a pr\u00f3pria aplica\u00e7\u00e3o ter evolu\u00eddo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os designs modernos de conectores est\u00e3o a evoluir no sentido de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Intervalos mais finos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maior densidade de pinos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Materiais mais finos e mais resistentes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Geometrias funcionais mais pequenas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando as caracter\u00edsticas funcionais se tornam mais pequenas, mesmo varia\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00ednimas na geometria das ferramentas come\u00e7am a ter um impacto muito maior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma diferen\u00e7a de raio que antes era irrelevante pode agora influenciar a vida \u00fatil da ferramenta ou o desempenho da pe\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma pequena inconsist\u00eancia no retificado do perfil pode agora manifestar-se sob a forma de desgaste precoce ou de um comportamento inst\u00e1vel na remo\u00e7\u00e3o do material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
